# Weekly On-Page SEO Checklist Sprint Skill File

## When to use

Use this when your team fixes pages only after rankings drop and you need one repeatable weekly process that covers classic search performance and AI citation readiness.

## Steps

1. Pick a focused set of revenue-relevant URLs and assign one owner.
2. Audit weekly using one shared checklist for title and meta clarity, intent match, internal links, structured data tags that explain page content and trust evidence, and Core Web Vitals.
3. Score each page in three buckets: Intent, Trust, and Technical.
4. Prioritize only the highest-impact issues for the current week and assign owner plus due date.
5. Track impressions, click-through rate (CTR), and AI citation mentions over multiple weekly cycles.
6. Refresh thresholds quarterly after reviewing trend direction.

## Examples

Example weekly score snapshot from the post:
- Intent: clear answer above fold: yes/no
- Trust: sources and schema complete: yes/no
- Technical: indexability and speed checks pass: yes/no

Example scoring rubric from the post:
- Intent score 0: Query not answered. Score 1: Partially answered. Score 2: Clear answer in first screen.
- Trust score 0: Few sources or unclear entities. Score 1: Some sources and schema. Score 2: Strong sourcing and consistent entities.
- Technical score 0: Index or speed blockers. Score 1: Minor blockers. Score 2: Healthy crawl and page experience.

## Notes

Keep one checklist version only. If your team has one in docs, one in a project board, and one in someone’s head, merge them before next week.
